Orange County, FL– Daryl M. Carter, President of
Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. represented the buyer in the acquisition
of 29 acres that were added to their existing 45 acres at the Western
Beltway/New Independence Parkway Interchange.
The purchase price for the 29 acres was $3,921,000 cash. The
firm now controls 74 acres at the Western Beltway/New Independence Parkway
Interchange in one of the fastest growing areas of Central Florida.
The 29 acres was acquired in two closings (10 acres and 19
acres). Daryl M. Carter, President of Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc.
represented the buyer in both transactions.
Buddy Brown of 828 Realty, LLC represented the seller
of the 10 acre tract.
