ORLANDO, FL--- NAI Realvest recently negotiated four lease agreements for professional office space totaling 5,806 rentable square feet in East Orlando.

 Senior Broker Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM brokered two lease agreements representing Landlord RREF Interchange ‒ FL Rouse, LLC at University Court, 3361 Rouse Rd.  

 Mevesi, Inc. renewed the lease of Suite 175 with 1,380 square feet and expanded into suite 100 with another 1,380 square feet.  

Advantage Point Corporation d/b/a Signal 88 Security of Orlando FL leased suite 120 with 1,380 square feet at University Court.

 At Citadel III, 5950 Hazeltine National Drive, Sorenson Communications, Inc. of Salt Lake City expanded by  906 square feet and will occupy a total of 7,311 square feet, and Cottingham & Butler Limited renewed their lease for 760 square feet.
