PORT CHARLOTTE, FL -- Inland American Real Estate Trust,
Inc. announced today that renovation has begun on Peachland Promenade, the
shopping center located at 24123 Peachland Blvd. in Port Charlotte.
Currently in

All Peachland

Current
tenants include Papa John’s Pizza, Charlotte’s Hallmark, Subway, Bon Worth,
UPS, Dolphin Cleaners, Great Clips, Perfect Nails, Peachland Dental and Peach
Garden Restaurant.
Peachland Promenade
is located at the intersection of King’s Highway and Veterans Boulevard.
