The purchase represents ICM’s second investment in Florida this year. The purchase was made on behalf of ICM’s (VII) U.S. Core
Plus Realty Trust, a fully discretionary
private equity fund focused on acquiring and developing office, retail and medical office properties.

In addition, ICM intends to open its first Florida office in the building so that it can focus on investing in the Southeast Florida market.
