FORT LAUDERDALE, FL– Berger Commercial Realty Senior Vice
President Steve Hyatt represented tenant Enterprise Leasing Company of
Florida, LLC in the new long-term lease of 47,000 square-feet of flex space
from Eller Drive Properties Inc. Located at 1700 Eller Drive in Hollywood, the
building includes office and industrial space.
The property is
strategically located near Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood
International Airport with easy access to highways and major roadways,
including I-95, I-595, the Florida Turnpike, and Federal Highway.
With the recent
expansion of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and the
anticipated increase in tourism, Enterprise will use the property for
administrative offices in addition to supplementary off-airport parking and as
a maintenance facility.

This deal is the
second major long-term tenant Hyatt has represented at this property. In the late 1980’s, he leased the entire
building to Crowley Maritime Corporation for its main Port Everglades
operations center.
