ATLANTA, GA – Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln)
has brokered Engel & Völkers’ new 1,875-square-foot lease at Buckhead
Atlanta, a 1.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use development at the intersection
of Peachtree and Pharr roads.
Chip Sipple,
a senior investment analyst with Lincoln, represented the international real
estate brokerage firm in the transaction; Amy Fingerhut of CBRE
represented the landlord, developer OliverMcMillan.

Buckhead Atlanta’s office will be located on Pharr Road across the street from
the Elle Apartments and will open when the first phase of the development is
complete, which is expected to be this fall.

Engel & Völkers
plans to open more offices throughout metro Atlanta, and Lincoln and Sipple are
currently assisting the firm in its efforts to locate space in Alpharetta.
