TAMPA, FL – Hold-Thyssen
recently negotiated the $4,500,000 sale of the 30,000 square foot Brandon Plaza Shopping Center located
at 1335 W. Brandon Blvd. (SR 60) in Brandon, Fla.
Monique Petronje, leasing associate at Hold-Thyssen’s Tampa office, negotiated the
transaction on behalf of the local Buyers Joe Aprile and Ronnie Aprile.
Brandon Plaza, built in
1972 and remodeled in 2003, was 86 percent leased at the time of the sale. Tenants include Ace Cash Express, Chapters
Health, Pegasus Paints, Bob’s Carpet Mart, Bed Pros and Parrott Hut.
