and Michael Donaldson, both vice
president investments, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the
exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private
investor. The buyer, a private investor,
was secured and represented by Dustin R.
Alvino, senior associate, in the firm’s Las Vegas office.

located at 8002 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, Florida.
