ORLANDO, FL --- Rochelle DuBrule, Senior Leasing
Associate at Crossman & Company, one of the largest retail leasing,
management and investment sales firms in the Southeast, recently negotiated new
leases for nearly 8,000 square feet at three retail centers in Seminole
County.
In Sanford at Seminole
Center, 3653 S. Orlando Drive (Hwy 17-92), Sales & Deals, a Chinese
merchandise shop, leased 3,125 square feet at the center anchored by Wal-mart,
Ross and Aldi.
At the same time Tobacco
and Cigars leased 1,724 square feet at Seminole Center. Willow
Shambeck of ACRE Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in that
transaction.
In Altamonte Springs,
DuBrule negotiated a long term lease of 1,800 square feet with Lady Jane’s, a
fast-growing salon for men, joining Outback, Peter Glenn and Edward Jones at
the Shoppes at Brantley Hall, 990 N. State Road 434.
Jonathan
Hellein of Hybridge represented the tenant in the transaction for its third
location in the state.
In Casselberry DuBrule
leased 1,028 square feet to a new Baptist Church starting out in Summit Plaza
at the intersection of SR 436 and Red Bug Lake Road.
