Crossman & Co. Negotiates New Lease Agreement with National Tenant at Regency Pointe in Jacksonville, FL

JACKSONVILLE, FL --- Crossman & Company, one of the largest retail leasing, management and investment sales firms in the Southeast, recently negotiated a long term lease agreement with Jimmy Johns for 2,000 square feet at Regency Pointe in Jacksonville.  

Senior Leasing Associate Rochelle DuBrule negotiated the transaction representing the landlord of the center located at 9428 Arlington Expressway.  

DuBrule said Jimmy Johns joins Olive Garden, Visionworks and T-Mobile at the 67,712 square foot retail center.
