will host a grand opening Saturday April 23 at Whaley’s Creek, its newest
community with single-family homes on 50' and 60' homesites located off of Canoe Creek Rd. in St. Cloud.
Lyndsey Patterson, director of marketing for Centex in the North Florida region, said the
grand opening event is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3902 Baja
Drive, St. Cloud, FL 34772. “We’ll have food, beverages, live music and
children’s activities.”
Visitors are welcome to
bring their families to explore two furnished model homes – the Oasis and
Citrus Grove.

Centex plans to build 169
new two to six bedroom homes at Whaley’s Creek which is just minutes from
