SAN FRANCISCO, CA –
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced John Churchward has joined its San Francisco office as a director
focused on debt and equity placement transactions in the Bay Area.
Mr. Churchward has nearly
20 years of experience in mortgage banking and commercial real estate. He joins HFF from Palmer Capital, where he
was a structured finance partner for the past six years.
Prior thereto, Mr.
Churchward spent the majority of his career with iStar Financial, Inc. as a
member of the investment team in Boston and New York. Mr. Churchward is a licensed California real
estate broker and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Brown
University.
