NEW YORK, NY – Holliday
Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced it represented Fortis Property Group, LLC
and Joy Construction Corporation in the sale of Atelier Williamsburg, a
newly-developed, 120-unit, six-story residential property in the Williamsburg
neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
Atelier Williamsburg is
located at 239-261 North 9th Street equidistant to the Lorimer and Bedford
Avenue subway stations in Williamsburg.
