RALEIGH, N.C. (May 18, 2016) — Lincoln Harris’ Raleigh office has brokered three leases totaling more than 7,700 square feet at Cary Park Town Center, located in Cary, North Carolina.

Kaler Walker and John Mikels of Lincoln Harris represented the landlord, Cary Park TC, LLC, in the transactions. Additional information is below:

·      Amante Pizza signed a 2,694-square-foot renewal.

·      Goin’ Postal signed a 1,131-square-foot renewal.

·      UNC Physicians Network signed a 3,290-square-foot lease expansion and renewal. Pam Michael of JLL represented the tenant.

Cary Park Town Center, located at 10020 Green Level Church Road, is Cary’s premier shopping center, anchored by Harris Teeter. 

The 93,211-square-foot center has been fully leased for several years to tenants including McDonald’s, CVS/pharmacy, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wells Fargo and more.
