BIRMINGHAM, AL, July 12, 2016 — Bayer Properties announced
today the appointment of Chris McDuff
as vice president of property management. McDuff will oversee all aspects of
property operations for Bayer’s mixed-use portfolio, which totals more than 10
million square feet.
McDuff will report directly
to Molly Mackenzie, Bayer
Properties’ chief operating officer. McDuff joins Bayer Properties from
Birmingham-based Johnson Property Services, LLC, where as executive vice
president he led and directed all aspects of leasing, brokerage and property management
services for the firm’s real estate portfolio.

McDuff brings more than 20
years of experience in asset management, property management, leasing, client
relations, business development and brokerage services.
McDuff is a licensed real
estate broker in the State of Alabama and holds the following designations from
the Institute of Real Estate Management: Certified Property Manager (CPM®),
Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager
(ACoM®). Additionally, he has earned the Certified Military Residential
Specialist (CMRS®) and the Masters in Commercial Property (MICP®) designations.
