CHICAGO, IL —
Chicago-based developer Fifield Cos. has announced the start of pre-leasing at
Luxe on Chicago, a 59-unit boutique luxury rental building located in the heart
of Chicago’s trendy West Town neighborhood.

Realty is the exclusive marketing and leasing brokerage for the community and
Kass Management Services is managing the property.
“Only a few blocks from
popular restaurants and shops in the Ukrainian Village – which was just
recently named by Redfin as the hottest neighborhood in the U.S. – Luxe on
Chicago brings luxury finishes and much-needed on-site amenities to the

development in West Town has been condos and single-family homes, Luxe on
