TAMPA, FL – Marcus &
Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services

of Tampa Commons, a 42-unit apartment property located in Tampa, FL, according
to Ryan Nee, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The asset
sold for $4,352,500 equating to $103,630 per unit.
