two fixed-rate acquisition loans with two separate lenders.
The loan for
Axial Buckhead has a term of seven years with four years of interest-only
payments followed by a 30-year amortization with a fixed interest rate of 3.15
percent.
The loan for TreePark Apartments has a term of
10 years with seven years of interest-only payments followed by a 30-year
amortization with a fixed interest rate of 4.5 percent.
Axial
Buckhead is located at 3432 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta’s Buckhead
neighborhood. The property is near Georgia State Route 400 and
Interstates 85 and 285, offering access to the Midtown, Downtown and Perimeter
submarkets of Atlanta.
