ORLANDO, FL---
Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service real estate services firm, recently
negotiated a long term lease of 3,000 square feet of industrial property
including a newly constructed warehouse building and small front office for The
Bullbag at 1713 and 1715 S. Division Ave. in Orlando.
The Hold-Thyssen brokerage
team of Martin Forster, CCIM and N. Joelle Forster represented the new tenant and located the
property owned by Richard and Allison Rogers, the landlords who were
represented by Michael Heidrich of
NAI Realvest.
The Bullbag, based in
Killingworth, Ct. is active in the Northeast and south Florida but new to the
Orlando market.
Using their proprietary
heavy-duty foldable bags and crane-equipped trucks, the company picks up and
disposes of construction debris from project sites where less than a full
dumpster is needed.
Hold-Thyssen provides
commercial property brokerage, leasing and management services to institutional
and private investor clients nationwide.
The 40-year old firm’s current management portfolio includes more than
100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
