ATLANTA, GA, Oct. 18, 2018 – Strengthening
its brokerage team, Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., has
hired high-producing industry veteran Kelly Wilson as a senior vice president
with a focus on leasing third-party properties.

Kelly brings more than 30 years of retail, hospitality and
restaurant experience to the full-service Ackerman Retail team.
Her previous
high-profile third-party leasing assignments in metro Atlanta include North
Point MarketCenter, The Avenue lifestyle centers in East Cobb, West Cobb and
Peachtree City, The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, Ashley Park and the recently
100% pre-leased Marietta Square Market Food Hall (opening in early 2019).
“With her wide-ranging experience in the retail sector,
Kelly has established a successful track record on both the tenant and landlord

relationships with retailers, landlords and developers will be a great asset to
us as we expand our third-party leasing capabilities.”
She joins Ackerman Retail from The Windsor Realty Group,
where she started the third-party landlord representation platform.

Kelly was also a senior leasing manager at Lennar
Commercial, where she directed the third-party leasing of a
3-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A lifestyle and power centers.
As
senior vice president of leasing at Ben Carter Enterprises, she was instrumental
in the launch of the Tanger Outlets shopping center in Pooler, Ga., and as
director of retail leasing at Thomas Enterprises, she oversaw the leasing of
more than 2 million square feet of lifestyle and power centers across the U.S.
In recognition of their contributions to the success of
Ackerman Retail’s growing platform, senior vice presidents Courtney Brumbelow
and Brian Lefkoff have been promoted to the roles of executive vice presidents
for Ackerman Retail.
