(NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm

sale of Chateau Wein, a 9-unit apartment building located in Fort
Lauderdale, Fla., according to Ryan Nee, first vice president
/ regional manager of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
The asset
sold for $6,100,000 which equates to $677,778 per unit and is one of the
highest price per units on record for Broward County.
