13-Unit San Luis Apartments in Miami's East Little Havana Neighborhood Sold for $1.15 Million

MIAMI, FL – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of San Luis Apartments, a 13-unit apartment property located at 430 SW 6th Ave in Miami, FL, according to Scott Lunine, Regional Manager of the firm’s Miami office. The asset sold for $1,150,000.

Javier A. Ubeda and David Cohen, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. 

The buyer, a limited liability company, also was secured and represented by the two brokers.

“Through a very active marketing effort with local and international market exposure, we managed to generate multiple offers," said Ubeda.
