PALM BEACH, FL, May 17, 2019 – Illustrated Properties, a member of
the Keyes Family of Companies, has welcomed Kim Bright, a top producer
in the luxury real estate sector with more than three decades of experience.
Born and raised in southern California, Bright joins Illustrated as a Sales
Associate most recently affiliated with Sheehan Realty. She is based out of the
company’s corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, which is home to some
of the area’s leading luxury real estate associates.
In this role, Bright will be tasked with all aspects of transactions,
including renting, buying and selling properties, interviewing clients,
preparing contracts and property site visits.

Outside of her real estate practice, Bright sits on the Board of Directors

committee of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
Bright completed her education at Palm Beach State College
and has her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
In July 2016, Keyes and Illustrated Properties announced the
completion of a merger between the two companies, which continue to operate
under their existing brands. Overall, Keyes and Illustrated generate more than
$6 billion in annual revenue from their real estate service lines.
Keyes and Illustrated control more than 20 percent of the $1 million-plus
market in northern Palm Beach County.
