The Babb Group Arranges $820,000 Sale of Six-Unit Apartment Building in Gulfport, FL

 GULFPORT, FL– Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of 5601 31st Avenue South, a 6-unit apartment property located in Gulfport, Fla., according to Chris Travis, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset sold for $820,000.

  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Shawn Rupp, Jay Ayres, Casey Babb, CCIM and Luis Baez, CCIM, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office.
