MANCHESTER,

In Rishi Sunak’s most recent Budget statement, which he shared in parliament on Wednesday, March 3, the
Chancellor of the Exchequer admitted it will take a “very long time”
for the UK’s economy to fully recover.
Housing
was an important issue addressed by Sunak. He said that the stamp duty
cut will be in place for another three months and that there will be a
“government guarantee” on 5% deposits in an attempt to get more people
on the property ladder.
New
research has shown that 55% of tenants whose landlords offer financial
help such as rent reductions and payment breaks report a better
relationship with them, which has helped the so-called ‘Generation
Rent’.
