Real Estate Industry Groups Present 'Visionary' Event Sept. 8 in Downtown Orlando, FL

ORLANDO, FL –Ten of Central Florida ’s most influential leaders will be featured at the 2021 Visionaries of Central Florida networking event presented Sept. 8 by four real property-related organizations: 

CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Assn.), NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Assn.) and ULI (Urban Land Institute).

The gathering – which includes one-on-one roundtable discussions with some of the most respected leaders in Central Florida – will be from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Stonebridge Gallery at Ace Café, 100 W. Livingston St. in downtown Orlando .

The visionaries are: John Crossman, president and CEO of CrossMarc Services; Barbara Hartley, executive director of the Downtown Arts Districts; Timothee Sallin, Co-CEO of IMG Enterprises Inc.; Latria Graham, president and CEO of GLB;

The intimate event is limited to 60 young commercial real estate leaders.

The intimate event is limited to 60 young commercial real estate leaders and Visionaries will give a one- or two-minute background on themselves and their current initiatives in front of the entire group before separating into tables of nine for casual roundtable discussion, according to Lindsay Winter, Executive Director of NAIOP.

“Every ten minutes they will change tables, so it will be very interactive and informal,” Winter said.

Registration is $35 for organization members and $55 for non-members. Appetizers and beverages will be provided and masks are required.
