Lutz, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc. recently brokered the $450,000 sale of a stand-alone professional office in the Van Dyke Professional Park, 17535 Darby Lane in Lutz. 

Transaction Specialist Theresa Margaris, who negotiated the transaction, said New Horizons Mental Health, LLC purchased the 2,500 square foot office building with spacious office suites for future expansion of its growing practice.  

  Trustee Management Svcs., LLC was the seller.
