BakerHostetler Continues to Expand Business Practice Group and Adds Real Estate and Hospitality Partner in Orlando, FL

  • ORLANDO, FL -- Ormend Yeilding joins BakerHostetler’s Orlando office as a partner in the firm’s Business Practice Group and Real Estate team and will also be a member of its Hospitality Industry team.

    • Yeilding advises developers, institutional investors and private equity groups on the acquisition, financing and restructuring, and disposition of resorts, hotels and other leisure assets.

  •  His arrival follows the addition of an Atlanta-based Real Estate team, led by partners Josiah Bancroft and Robert Bittner, and Hospitality Industry team co-leader Jeff Diener in San Francisco, who joined earlier this year.
