ORANGE CITY, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm in Winter Park, which leases and manages Enterprise Plaza in Orange City,  recently closed on a multi-year lease agreement with Elite Wireless Group, LLC at 2499-B Enterprise Rd. 

 

Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Florida Premier-Enterprise LLC.   Elite Wireless, a high-credit tenant with over 60 retail stores throughout the state and future locations planned, attributes its success to affordable, no-contract plans and fast LTE data.

Enterprise Plaza is currently 85 percent leased.
