Group P6 Tops Off Construction at Royal Palm Residences in Boca Raton, FL

BOCA RATON, FL- Group P6, a leading South Florida development company, has topped off construction at its newest project, Royal Palm Residences in Boca Raton. The 9-story, 48-residence condominium is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2023.

On Friday, March 3, Group P6 and the project’s general contractor, Suffolk, hosted Boca Raton city officials along with development executives, construction crew members and building contributors to participate in the ceremony.

Attendees included Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, Council Member Monica Mayotte, Council Member Fran Nachlas, Deputy Mayor Andrea Levine O’Rourke, Council Member Elect Marc Wigder, Boca’s Economic Development Manager Jessica Del Vecchio and the city’s Economic Development Coordinator, Kelly Kennedy.

They joined Group P6’s Managing Partners, Ignacio Diaz and Jose Padua, VP of Sales and Marketing, Todd Richardson, VP of Finance, Ben Gluck and from Suffolk, the East Coast Florida President, Jay Fayette, VP of Operations, Kyle Goebel, General Counsel, Juan Diaz and the VP of Preconstruction, Chris Kennedy.  

 Just a few residences remain, with more than 95% of the project under contract. Remaining units start at $3.5 million.

 

The three to four-bedroom residences range from 2,425 to 3,700 square feet. Each unit will have at 270 degrees of natural light, dual-entry private elevator access directly into the unit, European kitchens & top of the line appliances, including Wolf gas barbecues built into large outdoor terraces.

Amenities include two assigned, secured, underground parking spaces; an expansive wellness plaza, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, boutique pool with a heated spa and a club room with European kitchen and bar for entertaining.
