Hold-Thyssen Brokers $2 Million Sale of Two Adjacent Multi-Tenant Office Buildings on Highway 50 in Clermont, FL

 Martin Forster

CLERMONT, FL  --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently arranged the $2,100,000 sale of two adjacent multi-tenant office buildings totaling 9,000 usable square feet at 295 and 297 E. Highway 50 in Clermont.

Hold-Thyssen’s Martin Forster, CCIM, negotiated the sale representing the Winter Park-based seller, Foley Properties, LLC, which owned the property for several years.

The owner occupied two of the suites for his own business.  Once he vacated, he leased out those suites and selected Forster to take the property to market.

According to Forster, several bidders attempted to purchase the buildings and after a brief negotiation, a Groveland-based international investor acquired the property.

“It was an excellent value-add investment purchase for the new owner as well as an advantageous, well-timed sale for the seller,” Forster said.
