Schacter successfully listed the corner lot at 217 Commodore Drive
and was able to secure a sale that was close to the property’s asking price.
The transaction closed on March 30.
Scherzer, a three-time Cy Young Award winner and World Series
champion who currently pitches for the New York Mets, and his wife, Erica,
own another high-end home on Commodore Drive.

Admirals Cove, along with other private club communities in northern Palm Beach County, is extremely popular with professional athletes and other high-profile individuals due to the combination of water, privacy, golf, tennis and other amenities.
Schacter is based in Illustrated’s Jupiter office at 300 W.
Indiantown Road and has closed over $1 billion in sales in her time with the
firm. She emphasized the potential to renovate the existing home or build a
brand-new dream compound when marketing 217 Commodore Drive.
