Record-breaking real estate transaction closes near Miami’s iconic Design District

Miami, FL -- The property, located at 151 NE 43rd Street, closed at what is believed to be the highest ever price per square footage for the district, and it is also believed to be the second highest sale price for a single-family home, at a sale price of $2.2M. 

 

The iconic sale was closed by local Miami luxury real estate duo Cyril Bijaoui and Noa Figari, of the firm Longstead at The Corcoran Group.

The two are longtime area brokers with a rolodex of ultra-high net worth and prestigious clients. Bijaoui and Figari have closed an estimated $800M combined since the start of their careers, with over $100M in real estate sales in the past 24 months.

They are also the agents behind the red-hot listing on 235 S. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach, currently offered at $10.995M. This home is expected to also break the non-waterfront single family home record for Miami Beach’s glamorous Palm & Hibiscus Islands.
