FORT LAUDERDALE, FL –– Native Realty is giving Fort Lauderdale food lovers much to be excited about. The firm just finalized lease agreements with five food-and-beverage concepts at Marina Village, the waterfront food hall/entertainment venue located within the city’s iconic Bahia Mar resort.

With 35,000 square feet of
open-air space nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale
Beach, Marina Village is sure to become a go-to dining and entertainment
destination.
“We are thrilled to
activate a critical component of Bahia Mar by completing these Marina Village
leases,” Sturgis said. “Marina Village will be the epicenter of Fort Lauderdale
Beach and provide a much-needed elevated dining experience for locals to enjoy.
"All of these
concepts were hand-picked and curated – they have established local followings
and perfectly complement each other.”

The village offers ample seating and lounge areas for patrons, with a floating, stationary ferry that will be furnished with additional seating areas and feature a fully equipped DJ booth in the captain’s quarters.
Newly signed tenants at
Marina Village include:
- Blue Steel Pizza, a Detroit-style pizza concept that originated
in New Jersey and has a big following
- Burgers and Shakes, which has existing locations in Hollywood Beach
and North Miami Beach. The Marina Village location will offer
made-to-order burgers and shakes, along with two specialty craft beers
- Fresh Garden Bowls, which provides healthy alternative food with
seasonal, mostly organic and non-GMO ingredients
- Quore Gelato, a fusion of small batch gelato and world-class
liquors. Malcolm Stogo, the inventor of cookies-and-cream ice cream, is
behind the concept. Quaro Gelato has existing locations in the
Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach and Wynwood
- Yip, a fast-casual dim sum concept initially founded
on handcrafting dumplings from scratch each morning. It has numerous
locations in South Florida, including in Aventura, Doral and Wynwood
