Elgin, IL– Seefried Properties, a privately held real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing, and management of industrial properties, has formally announced the sale of a 144,414-square-foot industrial facility to a custom plastic molded parts manufacturer. 32-foot clear height, nineteen dock doors with two drive-in doors, 205 car
parking stalls, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system.

Following shell completion in March 2024, the building will
include 320,946 square feet of space with divisibility down to 150,000 square
feet.
Additional features include a 36-foot clear height,
forty-two dock doors with room for six future dock doors, two drive-in doors,
259 car parking stalls, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system.
