Tyler brings more than a decade of multifamily management experience to RKW. In her previous role at 2B Residential, Tyler managed the financial and operational performance of 525 apartment units and led an award-winning team of on-site managers.
Before that, she served
as a multi-site manager of operations and performance for a portfolio of more
than 800 units across the St. Louis market.

Active in the St. Louis market for five years, RKW now operates the 237-unit Chroma and 111-unit Hue communities in addition to several other nearby properties.
RKW combined Chroma and
Hue into one community under the Chroma brand to maximize operational
efficiencies and utilize shared staffing.

The firm is also currently leasing up the second phase of Altair at the Preserve, following the successful lease-up of the community’s first phase and the separate Altair at the Heights community.
