CHICAGO, IL —
Chicago-based Renovo Financial, a private lender to residential real investors,
announced it has funded its 1,000th loan since the firm’s inception five years
ago. Founded in 2011, in partnership with Chicago-based private equity firm
Granite Creek Partners, Renovo Financial has loaned more than $200 million to
residential real estate investors on revitalization projects valued in excess
of $350 million.
“This is an important
milestone for our firm, and testament to our belief that there is an
under-served market of investors in the single-family and small multifamily
