CB Richard Ellis Subleases 12,000 SF in Lake Mary, FL

ORLANDO, FL – The Orlando office of CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce that Nan McCormick, (top right photo) Senior Vice President, represented GENEX Services, Inc. in subleasing 12,000 sq. ft. at 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Lake Mary, Florida.
