ORLANDO, FL – The Orlando office of CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce that David Murphy, (top right photo) Senior Vice President, represented the owner in the sale of 110,000 square foot industrial facility at 350 Anchor Road in Altamonte Springs, Florida.The sale price was $3.6 Million. The purchaser, JVD Construction, was represented by Jamie DiSalvatore of Realty Executives Orlando. The facility was previously utilized by Water Bonnet, Inc., for production and distribution of products for the marine industry.
