LOS ANGELES, CA, April 19, 2021 – Atlas Capital Group, LLC announced today that it has started on the redevelopment of the five-story, 320,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 101 South Marengo Avenue in Pasadena, California. The redevelopment will be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
