SAN DIEGO, CA – McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. (McCarthy) is expanding its presence in the San Diego market with the signing of a 30,000 square-foot lease for office space at One Paseo, a newly developed 23.6-acre mixed use campus in the coveted Carmel Valley submarket.
McCarthy was represented by global commercial
real estate and investment management company JLL on
the transaction.

The new office is located at 12830 El Camino Real, Suite 200, in San Diego, California.
McCarthy
has established a significant presence in the San Diego community following the
construction of the Catamaran Hotel Parking Structure for the Evans Catamaran
Resort Hotel & Spa in the mid-1980s.
Since then, their
local team of builders has developed timeless and iconic structures for clients
such as the Salk Institute, University of California San Diego, Rady Children’s
Hospital, Scripps Health, Biomed Realty, and County of San Diego.
