Stephen joins the company as Director of Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate Group, the firm’s commercial division, and comes with over 16 years of extensive real estate experience.

Initially, Stephen will continue to build on A|P’s already established clients while expanding the commercial platform to include office and retail leasing management, advisory and brokerage services, and tenant representation throughout the Southeast region of the U.S.

The division will be grown both organically as well as through strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining A|P, Stephen served as Vice President of a more than 50 year old privately-held development firm with completed assets valued at over $30 billion, where he built and ran the office division.

During his tenure, Stephen developed the office division including the creation and implementation of internal protocols and processes; reporting and budgeting systems; and personnel hiring and training.

He also created, implemented and executed marketing/leasing programs for an office portfolio exceeding one million square feet of existing traditional and mixed-use projects located in multiple states.

 Previously, he has held senior management roles in some of the nation’s largest pure tenant representation firms, where he led or participated in closing corporate and regional headquarter transactions for companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Amadeus North America, CompuPay and Citigroup Global Markets.
