Marcus & Millichap Sells Riviera Beach, FL Winn-Dixie for $7,378,500

 RIVIERA BEACH, FL – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Winn-Dixie, a 45,973-square foot grocery store located in Riviera Beach, FL. The asset commanded a sales price of $7,378,500.

The buyer, a limited liability company from Miami, was secured and represented by Gabriel Britti, Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. 

Winn-Dixie occupies the entire property under a 20-year lease which expires July 13, 2024, and has six additional five-year options to extend.  Winn-Dixie is located at 3700 Broadway in Riviera Beach.

Marcus & Millichap Sells Pompano Beach, FL Showroom/Warehouse Building for $3.25 Million

POMPANO BEACH, FL – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Powerline Industrial, a 78,936-square foot showroom/warehouse facility located in Pompano Beach, FL. The asset commanded a sales price of $3,250,000.

The buyer, a limited liability company from Hallandale, FL, was secured and represented by Mandel and Zeifman. 

Powerline Industrial is a class-B showroom/warehouse facility designed to accommodate retail/showroom tenants in the front of the property and warehouse/industrial tenants in the rear.

The property is configured with 14 suites, eight of which are retail/showroom suites and six are warehouse units. The ground-level space consists of 63,127 square feet and the second-level mezzanine and office space account for 15,809 square feet.

Pompano Beach, FL Office Building Sold by Berger Commercial Realty for $555,000.

 FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced a deal from brokers Judy Dolan and Steve Hyatt.

 Dolan and Hyatt represented Waterfall Victoria Mortgage Trust 2010-SBCI REO, LLC in the sale of a 7,286-square-foot office building, located at 760 East McNab Rd. in Pompano Beach, to MJ Florida Investments, Inc. for $555,000. The renovated building will be leased as office space.

Additionally, Hyatt represented GSPI, LLC in the sale of the former DaVita Dialysis Center, a 6,300-square-foot office building, located at 1305 East Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach, to KMC Holdings, LLC for $525,000. The property will be utilized as medical office space.

Berger Commercial Brokers $2.2 Million Land Sale in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Graves and Berger represented HD Supply Holdings in the sale of a 31,212 square-foot property located on 2.67 acres at 2001 S. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, to Dino Properties, LLC for $2.2 million.

Dino Properties will invest an additional $2.4 million for renovations to accommodate a medical administration company, which is relocating to Fort Lauderdale and will employ a staff of 85.
