Graves and Milopoulos represented C&C International Computers & Consultants, Inc. in leasing 9,700 square-feet of industrial space from KSC Studio, LLC at 3700 N. 29th Ave. in Hollywood.

Bayer Properties Brings Artisan Food Hall to Lexington, KY

LEXINGTON, KY — Bayer Properties announced The Summit at Fritz Farm -- a contemporary mixed-use development in Lexington, Ky. centered on the pedestrian experience -- will house the first artisan food hall concept in the region.

Named the Deauville Food Hall, it will showcase an exciting collection of small restaurant concepts from an array of accomplished local restaurateurs and serve as a tribute to Kentucky products and culinary traditions as well as Lexington’s growing status as an ambitious food city.

Kinzie Real Estate Group Retained as General Contractor for New Luxury Rental Community in Elgin, IL

CHICAGO, IL –  Kinzie Real Estate Group has announced its building division has been tapped by Interstate Partners, LLC to serve as the general contractor for Watermark at the Grove, a new luxury rental community in Elgin, Ill. Watermark at the Grove is expected to break ground in April.
