Melrose-Sovereign Cos. Awarded Contract to Manage Roses Bluff Community in Yulee, FL


ORLANDO, FL - Melrose-Sovereign Companies, the Orlando firm that manages community and condominium associations, has been awarded a contract to manage Roses Bluff, a community of single-family homes in Yulee, Fla. in Nassau County on the Florida-Georgia border.

Jack Hanson and Ellen Lumpkin, (bottom right photo)  co-founders and partners in the firm, said the community will include 75 single-family homes at build out.

Headquartered in Orlando, Melrose-Sovereign Companies has eight offices throughout the state including an office recently opened in Daytona Beach.
