Jones Lang LaSalle Awarded Leasing of 119,626-SF Office Building in El Segundo, CA


 

LOS ANGELES, CA, Oct. 5, 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing for an 119,626-square-foot office building located at 1700 E. Walnut Ave (top left photo). in El Segundo, Calif.

 The building was acquired earlier in the year by Admiral Capital Real Estate Fund, a newly launched partnership between USAA Real Estate Company and Admiral Capital Group formed by NBA Hall of Famer, philanthropist and 1987 U.S Naval Academy graduate David Robinson (middle right photo) and Managing Partner Dan Bassichis (lower left photo).

Leading the leasing efforts for the premier property are Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Directors Steve Solomon and Chris Strickfaden and Vice President Eric Adams.

Wilson Commercial Real Estate Completes Three Leases Totaling 227,450 SF with Hobby Lobby in California




LOS ANGELES, CA – Wilson Commercial Real Estate, one of Southern California’s leading retail brokerage firms, has completed three leases with Hobby Lobby totaling 227,450 square feet of retail space.  Each of the leases is for buildings formerly occupied by Mervyns. Currently, Hobby Lobby has 491 stores in 41 states.

Hobby Lobby signed a 10 year lease for 74,991 square feet of retail space at Terra Vista Town Center located at 10640 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga. 

Hobby Lobby signed a 10 year lease for 76,248 square feet of retail space at Placer Center Plaza located at 1815 Douglas Blvd. in Roseville.  Chris Campbell of CB Richard Ellis’ Sacramento partnered with Wilson Commercial on this deal.

Emerson International to host “Homes for the Cure” Showcase of New Homes at Eagle Creek Golf Community in Orlando, FL




ORLANDO, Fla. --- Emerson International will host a “Homes for the Cure” showcase of new homes at Eagle Creek Golf community in southeast Orlando to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Foundation.

Eric Emerson (top right photo), vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said Centerline Homes is building three new homes fronting on the Eagle Creek golf course to be showcased at the Homes for the Cure event scheduled there for next February.

Latino Hotel Association Increases Membership Benefits and Forms Partnership with Buzbee Law Firm

  

HOUSTON, TX, Oct. 5, 2011—Officials from Latino Hotel Association (LHA), the global organization dedicated to expanding Latino ownership, leadership, and commerce in the hotel industry, today announced a strategic partnership with the Buzbee Law Firm, an organization that represents plaintiffs interests in a number of fields, including a specialty group created to handle British Petroleum oil spill claims.
