Arbor Funds $3.4 Million Fannie Mae Small Loan in Kingston, PA

UNIONDALE, NY – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently financed a Fannie Mae Small Loan in Kingston, PA.
Chapin Apartments received $3.4M in cash-out refinance funding through the program. This is a 7-year deal with a 30-year amortization.
 Ryan Duff of Arbor’s New York City office originated the loan.
 “This transaction provided our client the capital they needed to continue to build their portfolio,” said Duff. “At the same time, they were able to secure favorable rates for this loan, making it an ideal solution all around.”
 Chapin Apartments at 151 East Walnut Street is a garden-style community comprised of four buildings and a total of 60 units. While the units were built in 1939 and 1950, most were renovated in 2018.

Amenity Center and Two Models Will Open in April at M/I Homes’ Encore at Ovation in Horizon West, FL


WEST ORLANDO, FL -- M/I Homes is set for an early April completion of its amenity center at Encore at Ovation the homebuilder’s single-family home community located in the final village of award-winning Horizon West near the intersection of Avalon Road and Western Way/Fleming Road .


At the same time, two furnished and decorated model homes will also be completed and ready for touring ‒ the Newport and the Sebring, two of M/I’s most flexible plans, said David Byrnes, Area President of M/I Homes.   

The 3,610-square-foot Newport in the Cottage Collection of plans designed for 50-foot lots, offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a three-car garage.   The two-story Newport , priced starting from $439,000, features an oversized kitchen with expansive island and a first floor guest bedroom and bathroom.

The plastic fabrication firm with over 60 locations throughout the US and Canada leased 14,603 square feet.

Just outside of Athens, Georgia, Rogers built the almost 1,000-acre Beaver Dam Farm which he later sold in 2011 for $10.5 million.
 In 2009, Rogers paid $2.8 million for a home in Atlanta’s ritzy Tuxedo Park that was listed at almost $8 million. He sold it elegantly furnished in a down market in 2011 for $3.725 million.
Most recently, Rogers bought and then spent over $3 million to redesign and decorate a 7,000-square-foot suburban Atlanta family home when his twin sons were only four years old and needed plenty of space to play.
 Kenny was married five times but married to his current wife, Wanda, and twins’ mother since 1997).
Rogers died at the current family home, surrounded by his wife and children.
