PHOENIX, AZ,  Nov. 12, 2018 – Development and property management leader Lincoln Property Company (LPC) has taken home two “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards for its management of the historic Luhrs City Center, located in downtown Phoenix, and 2777 Camelback, located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor.

This is LPC’s second BOMA honor for its management of Luhrs City Center and a first-time win for its management practices at 2777 Camelback.

“These projects are very different in scope and style but have the shared benefit of our management approach,” said Lincoln Property Company Director of Real Estate John Orsak.

“We are not only a property  manager but also a building developer and owner ourselves. That gives us unique insight into the needs of tenants and also the perspective of the owner and their goals for a building’s stability and longevity in the marketplace.”

Megan Watkins
Presented by the Arizona chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the annual Phoenix TOBY awards represent the industry’s most prestigious honor for excellence in building quality and management.

As a winner at the local level, LPC and its Luhrs and 2777 Camelback buildings will now advance the regional, and possibly international, BOMA competitions.

LPC purchased 2777 Camelback in early 2017 and, since that time, has deployed an institutional-quality management program and building renovation that includes lobby and common areas, indoor tenant lounge and conference facility, new collaborative outdoor lounge area, improved signage and upgraded landscape and hardscape.
