Billy Nash of Illustrated Properties Represents Buyer in $8.5 Million Sale of Baseball Star Matt Holliday’s Jupiter, FL Estate


The Jupiter, FL estate features a gourmet chef’s kitchen; wine cellar; home theater; elevator; large master suite with new custom bathroom and steam shower; eight-car garage; two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house; and backyard with a pool and spa, cabana, fire pit, covered lanai and outdoor kitchen.


PALM BEACH, FL. – Billy Nash, founder of Nash Luxury at Illustrated Properties - a member of The Keyes Family of Companies, just completed Jupiter’s No. 3 highest sale of 2020.

 Nash represented the buyer in the $8.5 million purchase of former Major League Baseball World Series winner and batting champion Matt Holliday’s Jupiter estate.

The estate was originally listed for $11 million in January 2019.

The sale of the waterfront 5341 Pennock Point Road property closed on March 9. The Northeast-based buyer is CEO of a publicly traded company.

In recent years, Pennock Point has become an enclave for spectacular waterfront estates and attracted world-class athletes including Serena Williams and prominent golfers Brooks Koepka and Rickie Fowler.

The estate sold by Holliday is located between Williams and Koepka’s properties. As a testament to overall appeal of Jupiter, golf legend Phil Mickelson announced plans to relocate there earlier this year.

Custom built in 2013, the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom Tuscan-inspired estate totals more than 9,000 square feet and was recently remodeled by Turtle Beach Construction.

JLL arranges $111 million financing for Pennsylvania logistics center

LOS ANGELES, CA– JLL Capital Markets announcedit has arranged $111 million in financing for Park 100 Logistics Center, a newly constructed 730,080-square-foot distribution facility and an adjacent 811,200-square-foot production facility that is under construction in the Lehigh Valley community of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, a partnership between GLP Capital Partners (“GCP”) and Ridgeline Property Group, to place the three-year, floating-rate loan with Wells Fargo Bank.

Park 100 Logistics Center, which is being completed in two phases this year, features 36-foot clear height, 190-foot dual truck courts, ESFR sprinkler system, 56-by-50-foot column spacing, 70-foot speed bays, 982 car spaces and 376 trailer spaces. 

Additionally, the property is rail served via Norfolk Southern. 

Situated at 7352 Industrial Boulevard at the Interstate 78 and Route 100 Interchange, the facility’s Allentown location places it within 40% of the U.S. population within a day’s drive.
