Rossmoor Town Center in Walnut Creek, CA acquired by Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC



SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Aug. 3, 2012  -Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC, a venture of Tallen & Keshen Holdings, Citivest Commercial and BlackRock is pleased to announce its acquisition of the high profile Rossmoor Town Center (top left photo)

The 106,281 square foot project is located in the affluent East Bay suburb of Walnut Creek, CA and is currently anchored by Safeway and CVS.

The future plans for this well located project include updating the anchor tenants and repositioning the property into a vibrant shopping center including a variety of new retailers, restaurants, medical office space and other amenities in order to best serve the needs of local residents and the surrounding communities.

Project leasing will be handled by Tallen & Keshen Holding's wholly owned subsidiary Retail Enterprise Group, Inc. in cooperation with Bay Area brokerage firm, Terranomics Retail Services. Cassidy Turley San Francisco is the project manager

Bank of America provided acquisition debt and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler represented the Buyer in the bank financing. The Seller was an institutional pension fund and was represented by the San Francisco office of CBRE.

NAI Realvest Negotiates $6.6 Million Sale of 54 Acre Site to be Developed as Oviedo on the Park Downtown Center



OVIEDO, FL – NAI Realvest in Maitland recently negotiated the sale of 54 acres off Mitchell Hammock Road and Oviedo Blvd. in Oviedo that is destined for development as a new urban city center.

NAI Realvest principal Thomas E. Hankins (top right photo), CCIM, SIOR, and associate Eric Parrs (lower left photo) negotiated the transaction representing the seller, GAHA Oviedo LLC of San Diego.


PAC Land Development, a Winter Park firm, paid $6,600,000 to acquire the property, which includes almost all of the land designated in the mixed-use Oviedo on the Park PUD development plan approved by the City of Oviedo and entitled for approximately 1,478 multi-family units, 192,000 square feet of retail facilities and 60,000 square feet of office space.

“PAC Land Development is working diligently with the City of Oviedo to modify the entitlements and phasing, so they can break ground on this project soon,” Hankins said.

“The City of Oviedo is committed to moving the project forward,” Hankins added.

The city is participating in the project with a significant voter-approved contribution to the streetscape and greenscape design and infrastructure, Hankins added.

Chris White Joins Cassidy Turley to Head the Atlanta Market’s Tenant Representation Group



 ATLANTA, GA – [Aug. 3, 2012] Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., today announced it has hired Chris White (top right photo) as Senior Managing Director and Principal of the firm’s Atlanta office.
